Students will learn the fundamentals of narrative painting and masking, a technique for building layered acrylic paint with clean, sharp edges. Working on an 8 x 8 in panel, each student will create a mini narrative painting using tape and paint to build depth and precise lines. A basic understanding of acrylic paint is recommended.
