Beginning Bookbinding
This class will teach you the basic bookbinding skills. How to measure, cut, fold, and punch holes. Terminology for the various parts of a book. What kinds of needles and threads to use when sewing signatures and books. Students will create both pamphlets and a soft bound book to take home.

Free Community Collage Night
Come hang out in the studio and collage with us! We will provide all materials, and prompts if you need a little creative inspiration. Create a vision board, some cool cards, collage your favorite journal.
September 4th - 5:00-8:30pm
First Friday Open Studios
Visit our private studios and see what the MHAC member artists are working on. There will be art for sale and artists will be available to chat.
5:30 - 7:30pm
Joomchi Workshop
In this two hour class you will learn about the history, techniques and applications of Joomchi paper felting. Students will create a piece of original and unique material. Class includes all materials.
